Fan rattling noise + cpu temps

Hello,
I have a PCSpecialist Ultra 621 with a water-cooled CPU and the cooler makes a rattling sound with higher rpm's, similar to that of an old mechanical hard drive when seeking. Is it the bearings or the pump? To me it certainly sounds like the bearings are faulty. There are no cables hitting the fans.

Another question: when running Cyberpunk or Forbidden West, the CPU temperature hits instantly 100 celsius upon launch, which I guess is normal for this particular CPU. However it is constantly idling at 40-45 celsius degrees. The cpu is a 14700KF.

Should I RMA?

It's all in finnish and there is no "download specsheet" option under the retailer's page

Here's the essentials:
- i7 14700KF / 32GB RAM / 2TB SSD / RTX 4080 Super
- The cooler is a FrostFlow 240 ARGB
- MB is ASUS PRIME Z790-P
- PSU is 850W RM Series

It is certainly a bearing issue - pushing the fan upwards will cancel the rattling noise. I suspect the internal cushion used for transporting damaged it.

Instead of sending the computer back and waiting for weeks for a replacement, should there be any issues with replacing it with a Thermalright TL-C12C-S fan? (I could get one instantly)

If you register it with PCS, then raise an RMA for the fan, it’s covered under warranty and they’ll ship a replacement. You don’t have to send the computer back

Thank you but how do you register if iron's purchased from another retailer? I am not finding any information anywhere on how the RMA process goes if the computer's purchased from a retailer. AFAIK everything goes through the retailer and it's "all or nothing" then, so you can't replace individual components. The shop I got it from (Gigantti) is known for its poor customer service so I thought it'd be wiser to ask for help here first.

EDIT: Contacted PCSpecialist via email

EDIT2: As a temporary fix, putting the case sideways makes the sound go away

You register it and that activates a PCS account and your warranty . Just give them a call, just need proof of purchase
